Last updated: 2026-06-12. By creating an Ollima account, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English; the defining version is the long-form contract at the end.
Ollima is an LLM gateway: you send us an OpenAI-compatible request with an API key, we route it to the correct upstream model and return the response. We run the dashboard, billing, and observability around that gateway.
You're responsible for keeping your API keys secret. If a key leaks, revoke it from the dashboard. We are not liable for usage charges incurred by a leaked key, but the per-key spend caps on Scholar and above let you cap the blast radius — please use them.
One account per person; one organization per account on the Free tier. Don't share an account across multiple people or businesses. If you need that, upgrade to Builder for team seats.
You may not use Ollima to:
Standard upstream model-provider policies flow through — if the upstream provider would refuse a request, our gateway will too.
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees. The plan you pick is what you owe; included token allowances are listed on the pricing page. Going over the included allowance starts pay-as-you-go at the per-model rates on the models page. There are no overage penalties.
You can change plans or cancel anytime from the dashboard. Mid-cycle changes are prorated. Refunds for unused pay-as-you-go credit are issued on cancellation. Yearly plans roll over unused token allowance.
If a payment fails (UPI mandate revoked, card expired, etc.) we attempt to charge again within 7 days. If we still can't collect, the account drops to Free tier — your keys keep working at Free-tier limits.
We aim for 99.9% gateway uptime monthly on Scholar and above (the Builder plan carries an explicit SLA with credits). The Free tier is best-effort.
When an upstream provider fails, we automatically fail over to an equivalent model on priority plans, and surface the swap in your request logs. We don't guarantee any specific upstream model's availability — providers add and remove models on their own schedule.
You can close the account anytime from the dashboard. We can suspend or close an account that violates Acceptable Use. We'll tell you why, and you have 30 days to appeal in writing before data is purged.
To the extent allowed by Indian law: we don't promise that any specific LLM will give factually correct or unbiased answers. You're responsible for evaluating outputs before acting on them — especially for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.
If we change these terms in a way that materially reduces your rights, we'll notify you 30 days in advance by email. Minor changes (typos, clarifications) take effect on publication.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can't be resolved over email goes to courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
