We use your account details to authenticate you, your inference traffic to deliver responses and your billing data to charge the agreed plan. We use the operational data to run the dashboard, debug incidents, and detect abuse (rate-limit violations, key theft, etc.).
We do not sell your data, train models on your prompts, or share your traffic with third parties beyond the upstream LLM provider needed to fulfil the request (whichever your model alias resolves to). That provider sees only the request payload as proxied — it doesn't see your account identity.

You can export, correct or delete any of your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us. We respond within 7 working days. If you delete the account, everything goes — except the billing records we're required to keep by Indian tax law.
Our gateway and database run in Indian data centres. Cloudflare provides the CDN and email routing layer (data may transit globally for delivery). Razorpay handles payments in India.
Ollima is not directed at children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Ollima only with a parent or guardian's consent.
